Welcome to DriveEasy’s Help Center! Here, you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions and step-by-step guides to make your experience with DriveEasy smooth and enjoyable. If you have additional questions, feel free to reach out to our support team.

1. Getting Started

Q: How do I sign up for DriveEasy?
To sign up, download the DriveEasy app or visit our website. Click on "Sign Up," enter your details, and create an account. Once registered, you can start browsing instructors and available driving courses.

Q: How do I book my first lesson?
Log in, select "Book a Lesson," choose your preferred instructor, date, and time, and complete the booking process by making a secure payment.

2. Account and Profile

Q: How can I edit my profile information?

Click on your profile icon,  select "Account Settings" , under "My Account ' section, make the necessary changes, and "Update Info".

Q: How do reset my password?

Go to "Account Settings", Click on "Change Password" , enter your current password, create a new password and click on "Change". 

3. Booking and Scheduling

Q: How do I reschedule a lesson?

Navigate to "My Bookings," select the lesson you want to reschedule, click "Manage," and choose a new date and time.

Q: Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel up to 12 hours before the lesson. Go to "My Bookings," select the lesson, and click "Cancel." Please note that cancellations within 12 hours of the lesson may incur a fee.

4. Payments and Refunds

Q: What payment methods does DriveEasy accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, digital wallets and even Pay Later options as well.

Q: How can i request a refund?

If you qualify for a refund, go to "My Bookings," select the canceled booking, and follow the prompts to request a refund. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.

5. Technical Support

Q: I am experiencing app issues. What should I do?

Please try restarting the app or clearing the cache. If the issue persists, contact our support team at support@driveeasy.in for help.
