Cancellation Policy

At DriveEasy, we understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation and rescheduling policy to accommodate your needs. Rescheduling Policy You can reschedule your driving lessons anytime, from anywhere, without any additional charges. We aim to provide convenience and flexibility, ensuring that you can adjust your lessons to fit your busy schedule. Cancellation Policy You can cancel your lessons for free up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time of your first class. If a cancellation is made less than 12 hours before your first class, a small cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations after the first class has already taken place will incur a fee, and the refund amount will be prorated based on the number of classes completed. Refund Policy In case of a cancellation made prior to the 12-hour window, a full refund will be issued, or you may choose to apply the amount as a credit for future bookings. If cancellations are made within the 12-hour window or after lessons have started, the refund will be calculated based on the remaining unused sessions, minus the applicable cancellation fee.
